Phone Scripts

The reason why people fail in MLM or any type of program is because they do not know what to say when a prospect calls them.  You can mail out thousands of postcards, but If you do not know what to say when they call, then you’re pretty much doomed from the start.  So I’m going to take care of this for you because I want to see you succeed.

Bottom line…everyone on my team is going to succeed.  Of course this only works if you do what we tell you and you know what to say on the phone.  Below is a script that has worked very well for when people either call you or you call them to follow up from a Postcard Marketing Campaign.  Don’t sound like a robot on the phone.  Just be yourself and read the script verbatim.

Follow Up Phone Script:

You: Hi (This is your name) I’m calling you because you recently received a postcard from me and requested more information about our home-based activity…

You: Do you have a few minutes…

Them: Yes

You:  What is it about the postcard that got you to take action and visit my site?

Them: They give you many answers…

You: Think about this, you all ready know my marketing works because I got you to take a look right?

Them: Sure

You: What if I could show you how to make an extra $1,000 a week from home just mailing simple postcards, would you be willing to listen to a live phone call.

You: It will give you a chance to hear real testimonials from people of all walks of life that use are system to generate $1000’s weekly and even daily…

Them: Sure

At that point you give them the call information.  The live Q&A call will get them very excited!  And set a time at that point to give a follow up call to answer questions that they might have…..

It’s that easy, don’t complicate it.

If you call every opt-in you get from a postcard and keep it this simple you will get gifts with every mailing.

Note: If they try to ask all kind of questions during this first call just say this.

I know you have all kinds of questions, however the call will answer 95% of your questions. I’ll be more than happy to answer any other questions you may have after the call…fair enough? Good here’s the call info again..

Phone Tips Do’s & Don’ts

Do you ever why some do well in gifting and others not as well?  This is a little bit of advice.
People talk too much on the phone...stop explaining the system and going on and on. It's all about your prospect. I do not use a sales approach but I do follow these rules that a past marketing coach told me.
1. Call them by name.  It makes the call more personal and gives your prospect a vibe that you’re

a regular person that they are talking to.  Not a big company or something of that nature.

2. Ask questions. ie. Why are you looking for another stream of income. Listen Listen Listen. This is their emotional hot button and it isn't because of the money. It's because they want to spend more time with their kids, have more freedom, take a trip around the world. Find this out.

3. Show and then tell. Blab all you want, but if you can show them a video or the back office of your website etc. it is much more effective.

4.Find their emotional hot button--their reason why.


I don't think you should be explaining the program because as the ads say "no explaining, no convincing."

Asking questions keeps you in control of the conversation and keeps the focus on their needs. Find out their needs and wants and see if you can be a solution for that.

Remember…the website does 98% of the work for you.

Remember... people join people, it does not matter what program you are promoting.
